The draft of JCM Memorandum to 7th CPC is placed on National Council JCM website ww.ncjcmstaffside.com you are requested to send your suggestions if any positively before 28th June 2014. We will be submitting our memorandum on 30th June.

    1- Technician gr. 1,2,3,mcm ko samapt karke Jr. Technician & Sr. Technician rakha jay. 6th cpc me group d , je & sse ke post me junior pado ko surrender kiya gaya tha, Jabki technician k pado ko reduce nahi kiya gaya tha.
    2- Jr.technician ko vartaman me 2800 gp mankar & Sr. Technician ko 4200 gp mankar 7th cpc me labh diya jay.
    3- 7th cpc me pay scale & gp ko 4 times kiya jay.
    4- 7th cpc me increment ko 3% k badale 6% kiya jay.
    5- HRA ko minimum 30% rakh kar usko DA k sath joda jay.
    6- family planing me 1 extra increment ko basic k sath joda jay.
    7- Technical staff ko risk allowance; washing allowance diya jay.
    8- jis staff ko quarter nahi diya gaya hai unhe unke private quarter ko lease ka subidha dete hue lease ki rashi ko staff k payment k sath diya Jay.
    ( yah axar dekha gaya hai ki lease ki rasi makan malik ko late milat hai )

    As a Railway employee working in openline it is to urge that workshop employees earn incentive…for periodical maintenance work…though open line employees works day by day almost in open air…without the amenities or facilities which provided in workshop…openline employees…are tanned in sunshine…wetted in rain…shivering in cold…regularly serves not only for Railways…but also for Nation….this is why they must be honoured with incentives…may be called as “OPEN LINE ALLOWANCE”….plz tender for this…

    I wish to draw yr attention to technical side ,the pay band of 2400 is unjustified because of which we r left behind then the clerical staff,the technical staff is the backbone of rly but it is totally neglected in the cadre restructing also the 4200 band was mere 16% where else in the clerical it was quite different,same way in the workshop we are given dress in welding,roller bearing etc but no washing allowance is given where other catageries are given washing allowance so pl look into these matters

    What about Stenographers’Pay scale Case (Supreme Court’s decision) and others. The matter may please be looked into.
